Lewes District Council Win

Gradient has been appointed to specify, tender and manage a programme of over 1,000 asbestos surveys to Lewes District Council’s Housing Stock. The commission will cover surveys to common parts and domestic dwellings and will also involve updating the Council’s asbestos register held in Keystone.

New Project Management System Goes Live

Following a testing phase, we have gone live with our new service management system Pro Work Flow which allows us to manage and monitor our work flow across all active commissions. The system interfaces with our accounting software and has a mobile app to allow our surveyors to update status and log time remotely.
