Building Surveys and Defect Analysis

Building surveys of residential and commercial buildings are one of our key areas of expertise, and we can assist with surveys at each stage of your involvement with a property, from advice prior to purchase or the taking on of a lease through to helping you plan for changes and ongoing maintenance. A good survey can flag up potential issues, show you the potential for adapting a property and save you money in the long run.

We also assist with the analysis of building defects, from troublesome damp and water ingress through to cracking and movement.  We can diagnose the problem and let you know what needs to be done to remedy the issue providing costs and recommendations.

We have particular knowledge and experience with historic buildings and the Prime Central London market
