To celebrate our first successful 12 years, a selection of our Sussex clients, colleagues and friends enjoyed our first ever Craft Beer and Fizz evening hosted at the Cookshelf in Eastbourne. Lewes District Council Win
Gradient has been appointed to specify, tender and manage a programme of over 1,000 asbestos surveys to Lewes District Council’s Housing Stock. The commission will cover surveys to common parts and domestic dwellings and will also involve updating the Council’s asbestos register held in Keystone.
New Project Management System Goes Live
Following a testing phase, we have gone live with our new service management system Pro Work Flow which allows us to manage and monitor our work flow across all active commissions. The system interfaces with our accounting software and has a mobile app to allow our surveyors to update status and log time remotely.
Work Starts on Shoreditch Project
After many months of negotiations with a mobile phone operator, Gradient successfully and perfectly timed agreed access to their land in order to re-roof an adjoining building belonging to one of our long standing clients. Work is progressing well on site whilst the sunshine lasts.

Asbestos Consultancy for Paradigm Housing
Drawing on our compliance experience with Housing Associations, Gradient have completed an independent review of asbestos processes for Paradigm Housing Association. The review which saw director Clare Armstrong working alongside staff in Property Services and the Association’s Tech Team, culminated in the drafting and issue of a new Asbestos Management Plan.
