Gradient Restore a Period Property

We are currently working on a project to restore a Victorian end of terrace residential leasehold building in St Leonards, which is in  significant need of repair in order to bring it back to habitable condition.

Extensive external works are ongoing, followed by a refurbishment of the interior of the flats due to dampness.

Completion is due in October.
